our clients

Great location, spacious property with lots of bathrooms. The cave with a pool table was a good selling point - it would have been nice if the lights worked as it was dark in there. The owner was very helpful and sweet!

There are not enough kind words to say about our stay in Santenay. From the time of booking this home to when we checked out after our vacation, Constance was a supportive and welcoming host. She helped plan a beautiful day in the vineyards with friendly drivers, had recommendations on navigating the villages, and showed us around the home on arrival so we felt comfortable in the space. The amenities in this home are absolutely lovely, very luxurious. The home is beautiful and the history in town is like no other. My family and I are so grateful to Constance for making this such a lovely trip to the Côte d’Or. Thank you!

We and six friends spent a wonderful week at Les Sarments in September. The property was very comfortable and stylish, and in perfect condition. Santenay itself is a wonderful village, convenient to everything in the Cote d'Or and Cote de Beaune, with wonderful restaurants and wine shops. And Constance, the gite owner, was a perfect host, helping to arrange local experiences and immediately responsive to any question or request. We could not imagine a better place to experience Burgundy.
